We use a wide range of books for both interest and reference. Most of the books we own are used on a weekly basis, often for inspiration or guidance as we plan which new herb plants to include in our herb catalogue, which new recipes to use for our homemade preserves or perhaps check up on how to keep our bees happy and thriving (they are a relatively new addition to the farm).
